I'm Being Watched!

Back in 1973 I saw what some would have called a UFO onlyit was not a glowing ball of light or a metal object, it look for all the world to me like a huge bubble. I was at the time walking home from school and got that 'I'm beingwatched' feeling, on looking behind me I saw what looked like two huge bubbles about 30 to 40 feet above the groundas I watch they drifted up and then just faded away. They appeared to be quite clear, but were moving againstthe wind. This took place in Birmingham Alabama.

Lights in the Sky

On Febuary 28,1996 myself and two co-workers saw a bright light in the sky. At first we thought it was a star or a planet, the light seemed to pulse and change color as some stars do, but then this light began to descend in a zig- zagging motion until it once again came to a stop. After a few moments this light began to pulse brighter and a small red light lowered from the main light making a pendulum type motion as it descended. This red light then dissapered and the bright pulsing light shot away to the north very fast. This lasted from 3:45am, until it shot off, at 5:00am. Hmmmmmmm....

A Passing In The Night

Back in 1974, I was traveling on a rural road in eastern Maine. It was a very dark night and there were no homes, street lights or other activity in the area. As my husband and I drove along, two small ligths (not very far apart- much like lights of a tiny vehicle) zoomed up to the side of our vehicle just above us, stopped and quickly zoomed away. We turned to each other and knew instantly that we had both experienced the same thing. It was like the tiny thing had a quick look at us and decided to zoom off.

RESPONSE

Pat, in Australia we have similiar objects called Min Min lights. Not only have they be witnessed by people in this day and age but they also appear to be a part of Aboriginal lore. I myself have not personnally witnessed them but I have a mate who has and he described his experience very much the same as you did. Interestingly the majority of Min Mins occur at night on long lonely desert or outback roads. Due to the huge expanses of uninhabited land in the outback there can be no logical explaination for these lights. I suggest you do some reading at your local library and see what you can dig up on the subject.

Look Up In The Sky!

One day I went outside to catch a cool breeze and suddenly I just had the eurge to look up and... well I saw this huge triangular object about 1000 feet. I think its one of the most famous ever because I've seen it before. Some people or experts think that its a flock of birds or ducks in migration, I didn't think so they were too much in tight formation, like light of a plane. I know what I saw. As I looked at it, my whole body of feelings just went down to my feet. It was the scariest thing I have ever felt.

My First Sighting

We probably looked: at it for a good 20 seconds, maybe a little less. We saw a ton of airspace around the object so once I made a little turn that had trees blocking our view, we expected to see the object once again. But it wasn't there, no where to be found.

I thought about Robert Lazar saying how when a UFO is distorting gravity you are basically not seeing the object where you think it is, which makes sense, but we were exposed to a TON of airspace. It couldn't have just vanished like that, we only missed the view of the object for less than 3 seconds. How could it have just vanished like that? We quickly discussed what we saw to each other.

My friend says it was a light, but I just took it as the reflection of the sun, although the sun was on the otherside of the object, but I don't think that really matters. It was to dull to be a light of some sort, it was spread out, it was more of a relfection if you ask me. Anyway, so to breifly sum this up. The object was a oval type shape, sliver in color, and of course the white reflection on the middle of the object. It was moving very slow if not hovering (I was driving at about 40mph). The disapparence was the shocker. We both saw this weird thing.

RESPONSE

There might be more prosaic explanations; you were seeing landing lights of an airplane from straight on. As the plane turned you wouldn't see the light again, it is often harder to see planes that you think you should. I've had experiences like this I saw a diffuse but bright light. Aren't you near China Lake AFB? There could be alot of unfamiliar planes there doing exercises.
